The Client: Mela Cesynt
Mela Cesynt is a company specializing in mortgages and leasing. Operating in a complex and competitive financial sector, they needed a visual identity that inspired institutional trust while distinguishing itself from classic, static, and austere banking iconography.
The Concept: Nature and Analysis
The central idea stems from merging two opposing worlds: nature and mathematics. The “Apple” (from the brand name) represents the fruit, tangible results, and organic growth. The “Graph” represents analysis, market trends, and the technical precision required in leasing.
The Pictogram: The Analytical Apple
The logo depicts the stylized outline of an apple. Inside, the flesh is not solid but defined by a jagged zig-zag line. This line visually simulates a stock market graph or financial trend, transforming the fruit into a symbol of economic performance.
The Hidden “M”
Observing the internal graph, one notices the jagged line also forms the letter “M,” the brand’s initial. This play on negative and positive space strengthens brand memorability, inextricably linking the pictogram to the company name.
