The Client: Impresacasa

Impresacasa is a benchmark real estate agency in Mola di Bari. The collaboration with Italy SWAG began in 2015, supporting the company from its inception through various growth phases. The need was to create a solid brand that inspired trust and professionalism in the local market.

The Concept: Architectural Monogram

The heart of the logo is a smart monogram. I merged the initials “I” and “C” to create a shape that unmistakably recalls a house roof. This geometric play transforms the letters into the very symbol of living, making the brand immediately decipherable and relevant to the sector.

Color Evolution: Pantone Blue

The client already had an identity linked to the color blue. I didn’t overturn it but evolved it. I selected a more modern, vibrant, and deep Pantone code. This new shade maintains historical continuity while giving the brand a contemporary freshness, improving readability on all media.

Historic Partnership

The relationship with Impresacasa wasn’t a one-off task but an evolutionary path. Since 2015, I have managed the progressive restyling of the brand, ensuring the agency’s image always stayed in step with the times and new real estate design trends.

Complete Corporate Identity

The logo was applied to all corporate materials. I designed business cards, letterheads, and document folders. Every piece of paper leaving the agency reinforces the perception of quality and attention to detail, which are fundamental in real estate transactions.

Offline Marketing: Print

Visibility in local press is crucial. I laid out advertising graphics for newspaper pages and sector magazines. The clean layout and strategic use of the new blue allow Impresacasa’s ads to stand out from the competition in crowded periodical pages.

Billboard Advertising

To dominate the territory, I designed outdoor billboard campaigns. Urban billboards use the logo in large dimensions with clear messages, leveraging chromatic contrast to capture the attention of pedestrians and drivers in Mola di Bari.

For Sale Signage

The most direct marketing tool is the “FOR SALE” sign. I redesigned the signs applied to properties, abandoning standard formats for a proprietary design. This makes every house for sale an advertising vehicle spreading the brand identity throughout the urban fabric.

Functional Design

Every graphic choice, from font to spacing, was guided by functionality. The logo and text must be readable quickly, whether on a business card or a moving street sign. The design’s cleanliness ensures this communicative immediacy.

Results & Achievements

Thanks to a coherent and long-lasting corporate image, Impresacasa has consolidated its reputation. The logo has become a distinctive mark in the local real estate landscape, associated by clients with values of stability, elegance, and professional competence.
