The National Assistance Opera for Carabinieri Orphans supports about 1,150 youths in their studies through subsidies. A high-profile moral institution needing a digital presence worthy of its mission to ensure transparency and constant support for its beneficiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The previous site was technologically obsolete and didn’t reflect the entity’s value. The dual challenge was renewing branding to improve web reputation and reorganizing vast bureaucratic information to make it accessible, without losing the required institutional authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project followed a unique collaborative flow. I designed the architecture, prototypes, and graphic frameworks. ONAOMAC’s internal staff implemented the base following my guidelines, while my team supervised development, ensuring the technical and functional consistency of the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the initial build, I intervened directly on code optimization. I worked on load speed, asset compression, and database cleaning to transform the internal staff’s work into a high-performance, fast, and secure website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organic visibility was handled by my agency, Italy SWAG<\/strong>. We managed the entire content marketing strategy and on-page SEO optimization. Through targeted content creation, we improved the entity’s ranking for relevant keywords, consolidating its online reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The core of the service for associates is the “Documents” section. An easy-to-consult area was structured where ONAOMAC publishes circulars, calls, and operational news. The information architecture was designed to allow orphans and guardians to quickly find necessary resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To narrate the association’s life, I implemented an “Events” Custom Post Type. This personalized module allows creating rich event pages equipped with integrated photo galleries. Management is simple for admins and offers users a visual story of institutional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The restyling worked deeply on visual identity. Colors, typography, and layout were harmonized to convey seriousness and welcome. This intervention elevated the perception of the ONAOMAC brand, strengthening stakeholder trust and modernizing the Carabinieri’s social image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n User experience was redesigned with the specific target in mind. Navigation was simplified to make accessing subsidy information intuitive.
